Welcome! I'm Kelli! Lover of baking and cinnamon roll enthusiast! I am a wife, mom of 3, multiple business owner, and lover of being outside. I love to stay busy and keep moving and despise sitting still.   I have made it my mission over the last 10 years to make a cinnamon roll that people will keep coming back to. I have sold over 1000+ pans of cinnamon rolls in my lifetime as a baker so making sure they come out consistent each time is super important to me.  I hope you find this course helpful in your baking endeavor.
